If a customer closes an account or becomes an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policy described in this notice. We may share information with permitted companies that work for us to provide our customers the best banking products and services available. These companies act on our behalf. We will insist that these third parties receiving information adhere to the same privacy standards as Exchange National Bank.
